First there were cells, then more complex cells, then multicellular life, then simple life, then some more complex life, then fish, then plants, then insects, then amphibians, then reptiles, then mammals, then birds, then flowers, then some dinosaurs, then no more dinosaurs, then some different species of Homo and finally there were the humans!
