Here you can follow and see what a crazy one (me), who just thinks he’s the best in highjump (but secretly is), does. Every week, every day and almost every hour.

What is highjump?
Simple, jump as high as you can. Sounds easy except that humans aren’t made for jumping. Grasshoppers are, but we are no grasshoppers. Highjump for humans is 50% destroying your body and 50% rebuilding it. Happy times, yes?

Why do you do it?
Personally I add 40% awesomeness to it (russian style) and my personal goal keeps me going. Win ALL the competitions!

What else?
Over time I’ll make a guide how to think and be like a winner. If I can, you can too.

Can your ego be bigger?
I call it confidence.

What happened in 2011?
Every jump felt like I took an arrow in the knee so there wasn’t much jumping in 2011.
